I didn't notice anything in the patch notes about these scenarios being removed from the game (but maybe I missed it). If they are still in the game, then there may be a bug. I have not seen them pop since the new Fortless city unlock change.

On some servers, this could be explained by low under T4 population, but I've been watching on serveral servers, and not seen them pop anywhere.
