same as above, sometimes changing between camps also, just got out of senerio, had to log to desktop and relog to establish sound

I have only attempted to log in once since the last patch (and have freshly resubbed after it), only to discover that my sound effects weren't working for stuff like abilities being used, horses galloping, people grunting in pain when they are damaged and whatnot, but the ambient sound such as music and environmental stuff like birds chirping in the background all worked just fine. I submitted a bug report on this though already.

I had this same issue after the last patch, the fix was pretty easy. Start the patcher, at the bottom is a checkbox that says "Perform Full File Check", check that and let it do its thing. When it's done hopefully your sound will be back to normal.

Worked for me, anyway, and I was having the whole "I can hear the wind but my spells make no sound" thing on and off after the patch.

Having the same problems as posted above have done a full system check and still have sound problems

So it's not just me. I have been having the exact same issues since the patch. No one else in my guild was having the issue, so I was beginning to think it was just my computer. I ran a test on my sound card and it is fine, but since the patch I have the same issues. I am going to run a full file scan as mentioned and hope it works. It happens when I zone, and my game seems to lag also.  It makes the game unplayable for me, and I am getting sick of exiting the game and having it happen as soon as I relog. I sure hope this fix works.
