Alrighty, so I like Warhammer, I do. But I want to upgrade my account from the Trial, I went out, bought the game and got the key ready to activate so I can see what waits outside of Tier One. And this is where my problem lies, it says I need to buy time with a Credit Card or Game Card, but it says I get a free month by upgrading. So why do I need to add MORE time? I want to see how the later game is, and if I don't like it, I'd stop playing at the end of the month, is there any way to upgrade without having to use a Credit Card or Game Card? Because I don't have a Credit Card, and I don't want to have to go out and buy a Game Card if I don't enjoy the game later one. So, somebody help me! plz.

Sorry you will have to enter either credit card or game card. If you use a credit card, or debit card, it will not be charged until your free month is up. A possible sollution would be to buy a prepaid visa card, use that for the sign up and if you dislike the game you can still use the money on that prepaid visa later. This would save you from spending money on a game card and being locked into 2 months if for some reason you dislike the later parts of the game.

Yeah, that is pretty common for MMO's to do. The free trial could be longer....,but then again most servers aren't doing well up until tier 4. So it can be pretty lonely up until the last tier. I am glad the last tier is doing well, but we need cross-server SC's so they can pop all day on all servers every day. That is probably the most important thing this game needs, besides working on stability, and then class balancing (which is always on-going).

ya im in the same thing as you right now, just bought the game and its patching what i noticed is that 6 or 8 months ago on my other trial it took several hours to download the trial before i could play but i think what they did now is when you download the trial you only download the tier 1 stuff, and then when you upgrade your account it downloads the rest of the game, so just wait a few hours someone correct me if im wrong
