I have several Destro Characters on Praag(Praag Server is CLOSED). I'd like to transfer them directly to Gorefang, but only Badlands is available.

Badlands shows LOW/LOW every time I log in. I spent MONTHS on Praag enduring a dead server. I dont want to experience the same with Badlands. Gorefang shows Med/Med during the times I'm online.

Looking at the transfer rules, it looks like there's a transfer available from Badlands to Gorefang. Am I reading this correctly? If this is true, can I transfer Praag>>>Badlands, then Badlands>>>Gorefang?

One other thing, it's simply ridiculous I cant transfer my lvl 40 characters between active servers. So I can transfer ALL my other characters Praag>>>Badlands>>>Gorefang, but my level 40 character? My lvl 40 gets stuck on Badlands until they decide to close that server. That makes no sense what so ever.

I have no characters on Gorefang, have never rolled on Gorefang...

Badlands is one of the most active servers. 

I had Destro toons on the Praag Server.  I have Order toons on the Dark Crag server.  When the Praag server died the only option I had was to move to Badlands server.  I have found it quite active.  It may not always have the levels of the Gorfang server, but is still quite busy it seems.  

As it stands for Order toons on Dark Crag: only t4 is active.  I have a harder time finding action on either T2 or T3 escpecially.  Dark Crag feels much like the old Praag server.

If that's the case, WHY cant I transfer my characters from a CLOSED server, to a server that's ACTIVE at the hours I'm available to play?

 

Why would you force me to transfer to a server that shows LOW/LOW every time I log in?? I was MISERABLE on a ghost town Praag enduring Low/Low for months BEGGING for a server transfer. I subsequently quit playing for quite some time. I closed my account, and resubbed last week.

 

Now you're telling me my ONLY option is to transfer to another Low/Low Server? I'd imagine there are lots of other returning players with characters on Praag, I can't imagine the thought process behind placing players that had to endure a dead server, onto another Low population server.

Praag was an open ruleset server.  The only other open ruleset server we have is Dark Crag, so you are allowed to transfer there.  Badlands was chosen as an alternative for people who may have characters of an opposing realm on Dark Crag.  Those are the transfer rules as they currently exist.  Keep an eye on the Herald for changes to our transfer rules.

Must be on or involuntarily moved off a merged server
Can only be transfered once per these rules

Possible Destination Servers:

Badlands

How does transferring from a CLOSED server really even count as an active/voluntary transfer? As per the transfer rules, this should count as an INVOLUNTARY or MERGED SERVER transfer.

If I want to even play these characters, I MUST transfer them to Badlands.(I have Order toons on Dark Crag, see my character portrait..) I have NO CHOICE. Thus this transfer is INVOLUNTARY.

I don't see how transferring from a CLOSED server can count as my ONE and only VOLUNTARY transfer.

I've played other MMOs and transferring characters was a breeze. Though I understand possible RVR faction imbalances must be considered, Character transfers in WAR should not be this difficult. You're losing customers that want to play your game simply because your character transfer system is too restrictive.
