Unable to connect to the servers

Was playing fine a couple hours ago. Logged out to go grab breakfast. Came back and tried to login. Now the game loads to the server select screen, gives a pop up that tells me the server has rejected me, and get stuck at: "Locating Battles... Searching for Allies..." And just keeps doing that over and over. I'm unable to click any of the servers in the list. No idea what happened, nothing was changed or rebooted from this morning to now.

The servers are currently down for maintenance...please check the Herald for updates. Thanks, Ci-Ci

"All servers are currently online." Guess the launcher doesn't know the servers are really down?  Thanks Ci-Ci
