Sit rep is as follows. I created a guild with a few players I met in game. Due to my inexperience with this games guild interface controls, I unintentionally passed guild leader position to another player in guild, while familiarizing myself with guild controls. This player has not logged in the past few weeks. Leaving me without the necessary tools to effectively govern the guild. I opened a request to the CSR via in game ticket about a week ago. Have not had a response from a CSR since ticket has be submitted. Can this issue be resolved with the help of a CSR? If so, how do I make contact with one of these individuals in a timely manner? If not, is my only course of action to scrub the whole guild and start over? Or is their alternate ways around this particular problem. Thanks in advance your you help.

Last time this happened to me they said after 90 days of inactivity that person will lose guild leader and it will be pased to an active player. so basically if your guild isnt high level, abandon all ye who enter here. Message Edited by Matthias on 11-07-2009 01:08 PM
