i can't activate my account =(

my subscription closed today so i was trying to renewal my account but it couldnt go through. i entered my credit card # and my name/addresss such and that and i got to where i choose if im going for 30days or 90days etc.. After that i clicked confirm button and i ot this error msg saying that "Error: there was an error processing your request" help me mythic =)

Just wanted to add that I've been trying to upgrade my trial account to a full account and have been having the same problem. There's a fairly long wait at the Select Subscription Type screen before asking me to confirm. Once I hit confirm it says (after a slightly shorter wait): "There was an error processing your request" Just wanted to bump this thread and see if anybody who might be able to fix this problem sees it

Looks like there is an issue with AMEX cards, is this by chance what you all are having probs with? We are currently working with them to resolve the issue, anyone who is impacted by this will receive an email at the address listed in their Account Center profile.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only person having problems with this (well.... I'm not glad that other people are having trouble, just glad that I'm not totally screwed....) anyways, yeah, I've been trying to upgrade my trial account and keep getting that error... I'm not using an AMEX for the subscription, so that isn't the problem. Guess I'll just keep trying, and hope it gets fixed.

It might have been resolved, but now it's happening again. I've been trying all day to no avail. Had to make a trial account just to patch up the game and post this. Trying to re-sub my account (I'm not using amex).
